ALEXIS CALLEGARI | PRINCIPAL
Alexis Callegari, owner and principal designer of STAE Interiors, has been immersed in the world of design and construction from an early age. Growing up alongside her father in his custom millwork shop, her introduction to the industry was far from conventional. She started by cleaning the shop and learning the fundamentals of the trade, then moved on to measuring, observing, and eventually drawing and designing.
That early, hands-on education shaped the way Alexis approaches interiors today. She developed an appreciation for craftsmanship, an understanding of how things are built, and a deep respect for the details that make a space feel considered. For Alexis, design has always been about more than how a room looks—it is about understanding how it comes together and how it will ultimately be lived in.
Her personal design aesthetic is classic, warm, and grounded in natural materials. She is drawn to balance, timeless architecture, and quality craftsmanship, while often introducing eclectic elements that add character and individuality.
Alexis intentionally avoids creating a signature “STAE Interiors Style.” Instead, every project begins with the client. She believes the designer’s role is not to impose a particular aesthetic, but to listen, understand, and translate each client’s personality, lifestyle, and aspirations into a home that feels entirely their own.

Sasha is a founding partner of STAE Interiors and an integral part of bringing the company from an idea to life. With a background in interior design and an instinctive eye for creativity, she brought an energy, thoughtfulness, and perspective to STAE that helped shape its foundation.
Sasha is the kind of person who lights up every room she walks into. She approaches design—and life—with curiosity, intention, and an unwavering commitment to making the right decision. Thoughtful in her process and endlessly creative in her ideas, she has always had a natural ability to see possibilities and bring a fresh perspective to the table.
During her time as an interior designer, Sasha developed a deep appreciation for the details that make a space feel personal and considered. Her creative influence played an important role in shaping the collaborative spirit and values that continue to define STAE Interiors today.
While Sasha has since taken a new direction in her career, her impact on STAE remains an important part of its story. More than a business partner, she has been a trusted friend, creative sounding board, and an incredible part of the journey-we couldn’t have done it without each other.
